The Butcher and The Baker is the latest brainchild of Victor King & Kristen Hall of The Essential. This is for a pop-up dining experience hosted in various beloved spaces around Birmingham featuring a creative menu and killer wine pairings.

Funny enough, the pig was a happy mistake. I had drawn it roughly on the mood board to get warmed up and messed up the face so I hid it with a blindfold.
Jim the pig was born, and both the clients and I were sold.
