BON COURAGE!

My love for food was discovered working throughout my twenties in different restaurants and cafes. I feel fairly confident with a knife and have no problem navigating a new recipe. There is a list ever lurking in the corner of my mind that includes all the things that intimidate rather than inspire. Things I’ve always wanted to try to make, but lacked the courage. I decided to tackle this arbitrary list one at a time, record the process on Instagram, and then illustrate the results.
